  • Review of Transfer of Physical Assets (TPA).

  • Developing a plan to maximize the return and value to our clients, and minimize their losses by successfully identifying problems, risks and opportunities for the clients.
  • Assisting owners/agents in establishing policies and procedures to assist them in complying with HUD, Treasury, and other pertinent governmental regulations.
  • Organizing and overseeing capital projects.
