Business and Technical Experience:
As a Senior Asset Manager, Ms. Robinson completes HUD Management & Occupancy reviews, tenant file reviews, operating procedures, and ensures HUD compliance on multiple levels including EIV, Tenant Selection, Waitlist Management, and Assistance Payment Submissions. She prepares and provides written corrective action reports to owners and agents. She also tracks and maintains follow up for outstanding findings and assist owners/agents in completing and submitting corrections.
Previously, Ms. Robinson was employed by Preservation Management, Inc., in multiple capacities for over 9 years. Most recently she was a compliance specialist where she ensured the compliance of Section 8, Section 236, LIHTC, Bond, and Home programs for 3,907 units in 17 states. Tasks included updating Resident Selection Plans and Management Plans and Policies annually to comply with HUD policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory agreements and preparing and submitting Annual Owner Certifications and agency reports. In addition, she was a lead member of the Acquisition Team which completed acquisition, qualifying tenant and RAD conversion files for recently acquired properties or properties entering rehabilitation.
Prior to Preservation Management Ms. Robinson was employed by Keystone Management for 7 years where she served in multiple levels of management.
